Both bombs are made of a pure beet sugar sphere filled with freeze dried fruits and berries. The caffeine-free version (clear sphere) has no tea powder.

Simply place the sphere in a mug and pour 1 cup (250 mL) slowly over the sphere to melt it and release the flavour. Stir until the sphere dissolves.  

Each bomb is individually wrapped in tissue and placed in a small container.
