Vanilla bean ice cream is made to order so please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
Ice cream is placed in a freeze dryer chamber on trays. Once the ice cream is then frozen to a very low temperature, the freeze dryer creates a powerful vacuum around the food. Then, as the food is slightly warmed, the ice transitions into vapor and evaporates. This process takes 48 hours. The very light and crispy ice cream scoops (#70 size scoop) is packed in a mylar bag with an oxygen absorber. Shelf life could be 20 years but we give 2 years on our product to ensure freshness. This product is perfect for dragons breath using liquid nitrogen. This product can also be made into rectangle pieces.
